Castle Remedies accepts payments by any of the following methods:

• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards.
• Cash or check (in-store only).

• We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage.
• Cost of shipping is calculated by the carrier based on the weight and location.
• Most orders take 2-8 business days to arrive from the date ordered.  
• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be considered placed the next business day. 
• Occasionally, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
• For web orders, a tracking number is provided automatically by email. For phone orders, a tracking number can be requested when placing the order (email address must be provided).
