Trouble Checking Out

Common Issues During Website Check Out
  • The most common reason for a declined payment is an issue with your billing address.  Ensure that the numbers in the street address and the zip code match what your bank or card issuer has on file.
  • If your billing address is a PO Box, try these tips: remove any punctuation from "PO."  For example, write "PO" instead of "P.O."  Try putting the numbers in front, for example "123 PO Box."
