Return Policy

• New, unopened nutritional supplements, topicals, SAD lights, gifts, jewelry, and personal care items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  
• Books can be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in like-new condition.
• We do not accept returns on Castle Remedies brand single homeopathic remedies or kits.
• We do not accept returns on specially ordered products.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless special circumstances apply.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Payments made with cash or check with be refunded as cash.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

Special Circumstances

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
