Suggested Use
One (1) capsule twice daily, with or without food.  Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Warnings
Store in a dry place, at room temperature (max 77°F) or below. Keep out of reach of children. Open container should be used within 60 days. Close the cap tightly after each use to reduce moisture.
