We accept orders for contactless pick up and shipping. We ship within the United States. We accept all major credit cards except for American Express. Your personal payment information is not kept on file.
We ship through United States Postal Service with the cost starting at $8.00. If an order is especially heavy or traveling a long distance, the shipping charge may increase slightly. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
We do not offer international shipping or express shipping. Shipments going to Hawaii or Puerto Rico may require an ice pack and take a little longer to arrive. Please allow 1 business day for processing.
Several of the brands that we work with offer drop shipping services. If this service is available, we can have your special order items quickly shipped directly to your address from the company. There is usually a drop shipping fee between $8 to $15, depending on the brand's policies and the order amount.
We offer in-store shopping as well as contactless pick up orders. Place your contactless pick up order over the phone (734-973-8990). Once your order is complete, you will receive a courtesy call or text notification.
You can pick it up at your convenience during normal business hours. Once you arrive, text your name to the phone number posted outside and we will bring your order to the pick up area. Orders are usually ready within an hour.
We can help locate supplements or herbs which we do not carry in our regular inventory, including rare homeopathic remedies and supplements from doctor-exclusive brands. It typically takes between 3 - 10 days to process special orders. Specially ordered homeopathic remedies typically take between 2 to 5 weeks to arrive. Special orders are non-refundable.
We accept returns on unopened supplements, gifts, and jewelry within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Gifts and jewelry must be in like-new condition. We accept returns on books within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Books must be in like-new condition. We do not accept returns on Castle Remedies homeopathic remedies. We do not accept returns on specially ordered products.
Adverse Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction to a supplement you purchased at Castle Remedies, please contact us with the details. We will work with you to find a solution.
Expired or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is past its expiration date, or arrives damaged or unsealed, contact us and we'll make it right.
