Castle Remedies offers a loyalty program ("Frequent Buyer Program") to customers who purchase items in-store. Purchases made through our website, castleremedies.com, are not eligible for points.
How Does It Work?
Customers can collect points by purchasing eligible items. Exceptions are listed below. Customers are awarded 1 point for each $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases. Once a customer reaches 100 points, a $5.00 reward coupon prints out which can be used on their next purchase. If a customer accumulates a higher number of points in a single transaction, a larger coupon will print out. For example, if a customer accumulates 200 points, 300 points, or 400 points in a single transaction, they will receive a $10.00, $15.00 or $20.00 coupon respectively.
Reward coupons expire 100 days after creation (90 days plus a 10 day built-in grace period). Reward coupons cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used at Castle Remedies. The transaction total must be at least the value of the coupon in order for the coupon to be used, ie. a transaction must total at least $5.00 for a $5.00 reward coupon to be used. Due to programming limitations, the same rule is true for coupon generation - the system only allows points to be redeemed for a coupon if the transaction total is at least the value of the coupon. For example, even if you had 100 points accumulated, the system would not allow the points to be redeemed for a $5.00 coupon if the transaction total was $4.99 or less.
Reward coupons cannot be transferred to another person. Reward coupons can only be used by the person(s) on the account who earned them. Reward coupons cannot be applied to online purchases through our website castleremedies.com.
When Can I Use My Coupon?
Reward coupons are active immediately and expire 100 days from when they are earned. Only one coupon can be used per transaction. Reward coupons cannot be used on the transaction that generates them. Reward coupons can be used on the same day that the coupon was earned. We are unable to accept expired reward coupons. There is a unique code printed on the reward coupon which allows us to accept coupons for phone orders.
Can I Use My Coupon Along with Other Discounts?
Yes, you can redeem your coupon on a transaction even if another discount is being used, such as Tuesday Senior Discount, Saturday Student Discount, and weekly newsletter deals.
Exceptions
The following items do not participate in the points program: SAD therapy lights, homeopathic kits and kit manual book, Robin Murphy's Materia Medica and MetaRepertory books, shipping fees, sales tax, consignment items, and items purchased online through castleremedies.com.
