Shipping Policies
Free Shipping:
- We do not currently offer free shipping incentives, although this may change in the future.
Standard Shipping:
- We ship via USPS only.
- Cost of shipping is calculated by the carrier based on the weight and location.
- Most orders will take 2-8 business days to arrive from the date ordered. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Tracking information can be provided upon request.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be considered placed the next business day.
- Occasionally, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
Payment Policies
Castle Remedies accepts payments by any of the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards, as well as Apple Pay.
- Cash
- Personal Checks
We do not accept HSA or FSA program cards, although in some cases, you may be able to submit a receipt to your provider for reimbursement. Contact your provider for details.
Return Policy
Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from our brick and mortar store, including phone orders. These policies do not apply to online orders made through castleremedies.com Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
- New, unopened nutritional supplements, topicals, SAD lights, gifts, jewelry, and personal care items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Books can be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in like-new condition.
- We do not accept returns on Castle Remedies brand single homeopathic remedies.
- We do not accept returns on specially ordered products.
We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Payments made with cash or check with be refunded as cash. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Special Circumstances
Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.

Personal Use: Products are intended for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. Repackaging is strictly prohibited. By purchasing our products, you agree that these products are being purchased for personal use by yourself or a family member. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts suspected of purchasing for resale purposes.
Our Promise: We guarantee the authenticity, quality and purity of our brands and their products.
Health Outcomes: Castle Remedies and its employees are not healthcare practitioners and do not recommend, prescribe, or treat disease or illness. We suggest consulting with your healthcare practitioner before starting any nutritional supplement. Each person has individual health needs which should be assessed by a qualified holistic healthcare practitioner. We are unable to guarantee any particular health outcomes.
Discounts & Loyalty Program
Exclusive discounts for in-store purchases in our brick-and-mortar location, as well as phone orders:
- Frequent Buyer Program: Castle Remedies offers a loyalty program that awards points for purchases, which can be redeemed for a coupon. Rules: 1 point is awarded for each $1.00 of qualifying purchases. Once at least 100 points have been accumulated, points are immediately redeemed for a coupon at the following rate: 100 points for $5 coupon, 200 points for $10 coupon, 300 points for $15 coupon, etc. Coupons expire 100 days after creation. Coupons can be used on a second, separate transaction on the same day they are created. The transaction total must be at least the value of the coupon in order for the coupon to be used or generated, ie. a transaction must total at least $5.00 for a $5.00 reward coupon to be used or generated. Coupons have no cash value. The following items and categories do not collect points in the Frequent Buyer Program: shipping fees, taxes, homeopathic kits and kit manual, SAD lights, Robin Murphy's Nature's Materia Medica and MetaRepertory, and consignment items.
- Newsletter Specials: Our once-weekly email newsletter lists exclusive special limited-time deals and discounts on certain products, brands, and/or categories of products. To take advantage of these special deals, simply mention the "newletter special" when placing your order in-person or over the phone.
- Senior Discount: Castle Remedies offers a 10% senior discount on Tuesdays for customers aged 65 and older for in-store purchases and phone orders. A copy of photo ID may be requested. The senior discount applies only to orders placed on a Tuesday.
- Student Discount: Castle Remedies offers a 10% student discount on Saturdays for customers who are currently enrolled at a high school or college educational program. A photo copy of student ID may be requested. The student discount applies only to orders placed on a Saturday.
