Directions:

Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 45 day from opening. Designed to take over a period of 4 days. Adults: Take 1-2 tablespoons 4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. We recommend you mix it with your favorite juice.  Do not take on an empty stomach.
