COVID-19 Update: Store Closed, Accepting Orders by Phone

As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spreads in Michigan, we all need to be cautious and take preventative measures. We recommend keeping up-to-date using the CDC's website. For the protection of our staff and our beloved customers, we ask for your help, cooperation, and patience.
Castle Remedies is currently closed to foot traffic and will remain closed indefinitely, until it is deemed safe to reopen. Currently, we are still accepting and processing orders by phone. As a pharmacy, we are deemed an essential service and will remain operational. We will update this post with any news.
We encourage you to place your order via phone for shipping. Please leave a brief message on our voicemail with your full name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible, in the order it was received. Please take advantage of our website to make a list of what you would like to order. We have a list of available single homeopathic remedies here. We are currently receiving a very high volume of phone calls, so it may take up to 1 - 2 business days for us to return your call. Please know that we are working at full capacity right now. We will call you back in order to place your mail order and receive your payment information. If we don't reach you the first time, we will leave a message and try again.
Shipping within Michigan typically costs only $8 and arrives within 2-4 business days. Shipping is calculated on weight and distance traveled. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders (and we're sure the postal system is, too!) so please expect an additional 1-3 day wait time for delivery.
CONTACTLESS PICK UP
We are testing a new system to offer contactless order pick up. Once you have placed your order via phone, we will call you when your order is ready to pick up. During this call, we will provide you with pick up windows for the rest of the week as well as instructions on how to pick up your order. When you arrive to pick up your order, you should stay in your vehicle. There will be a phone number provided to TEXT your full name to. A staff member will bring your order to the outdoor pick up area designated with a sign (a metal bench). Once the staff member goes back inside, you can exit your vehicle and pick up your order. Go back to your vehicle and inspect your order. If there are any issues, text the phone number again. Please note that this service is currently a trial run, and if people are not following these "rules" or it is deemed in any way unsafe, we will immediately cease this service.
SENIOR DISCOUNTS, SPECIAL DEAL DAY, COUPONS, ETC.
If you are calling to take advantage of your Senior Discount, Student Discount, or coupons, please don't worry a bit! For Senior Discount, please CALL ON TUESDAY leave us a voicemail with your name and phone number. We may not be able to call you back until Wednesday, but don't worry -- you will receive your discount! Same for Student Discount: simply CALL ON SATURDAY and leave your voicemail. We can accept coupons over the phone, just remind us that you have them and there will be a number you can read us from the coupon. For our weekly "ONE DAY DEAL" special, which occurs on just one day per week, simply call ON THAT DAY and leave your voicemail with name and phone number.
PRODUCT SHORTAGES: OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to the sudden increase in demand, we have some out of stock items. We are doing our best to order and get these items back in stock as soon as possible. However, many of our suppliers are scrambling to keep up with the demand. Many items are currently back ordered through the manufacturer, often with no ETA. Please check back with us every couple of days to see if your item is back in stock. Due to physical space limitations, we cannot offer to hold any products at this time.
Due to limited stock, we are temporarily imposing purchase limits on the following products: Del-Immune V 1 bottle per customer. Oscillococcinum 1 box per customer. All Other Nutritional Supplements: Max 2 bottles per customer. Homeopathic Remedies: Max 2 bottles per remedy/potency combination per customer.
We just introduced a new feature to our website: the virtual store gallery. To check it out, scroll to the bottom of our front page, or navigate to the gallery in the Menu --> Our Products --> Virtual Store. We took pictures of each shelf of supplements in store so that you could have a "Castle Experience" online! The prices of products are displayed in each picture to help you shop. Product tags are used to link the product webpages from our website so you can easily access more information about each product. SPECIAL NOTE: We realize that several products do not have product pages on our website yet. Please know that we are aware and working on adding them as soon as possible. The absence of a product page doesn't mean we don't have it! As a small business with a staff of 5, we do all the web work ourselves and it takes time!
Here's what we're working on. We are brainstorming ideas about how to efficiently display our gifts and jewelry in our "virtual store" so that you can browse with confidence and enjoy everything Castle has to offer. We are also considering different options to see if we can make in-person pick up possible in the future.
