Castle Remedies is currently closed to foot traffic as a COVID-19 precaution. We are accepting and processing orders by phone for shipment or contactless pick up. All of our products are now online to browse. We apologize that online ordering is not an available feature. We will update this post with any news.
We encourage you to place your order via phone for shipping or contactless pick up. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a brief message with your full name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please take advantage of our website to make a list of what you would like to order. We have a list of available single homeopathic remedies here. Orders typically take between 10 - 60 minutes to get ready. Tuesday (Senior Day!) is our busiest day, so you can expect a longer wait.
Shipping within Michigan typically costs only $8 and arrives within 2-6 business days. Shipping is calculated on weight and distance traveled. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders (and we're sure the postal system is, too!) so please expect an additional 1-3 day wait time for delivery.
CONTACTLESS PICK UP
We offer contactless order pick up. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will call or text you. The pick up area is on the north side of the building, at the upper entrance. When you arrive to pick up your order, you should stay in your vehicle and text your full name to (734) 276-4636. A staff member will bring your order to the table at the outdoor pick up area. Senior Discount: Please call to place your order or leave a voicemail message on Tuesday to receive your Senior Discount.
Student Discount: Place your order or leave a voicemail message on Saturday to receive your Student Discount.
Castle Reward Coupons: There is a number above the barcode on the coupon - let us know that number and we can use your coupons on your phone order.
Newsletter Specials: Simply mention the newsletter special to receive the discount. For One Day Deals, call or leave a voicemail on the day of the special sale.
PRODUCT SHORTAGES: OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to both increased demand and issues with some supply chains, we have some out of stock items. We are doing our best to order and get these items back in stock as soon as possible. Please let us know if you would like to be notified when your desired item is back in stock. If it becomes a long-term out of stock situation, we will search for a temporary replacement product that is the closest possible match.
We currently do not have any purchasing limits in place.
TEMPORARY RETURN POLICY
Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns on any items that are deemed non-disinfectable. This includes, but is not limited to: books, hats, gloves, scarves, and select earrings and gifts. We cannot allow customers to try on clothing items at this time. We recommend scheduling a virtual shopping appointment, which allows you to see the clothing items in more detail before buying.
